2. Steel-Strapped Knock down bins

Core Structure: Constructed with packaging-grade plywood as the panel and         galvanized steel straps as connectors, assembled using tongue-and-groove         fasteners. Available in P-type (bottom + side panels + lid, suitable for         products ≤1.22 meters in height) and S-type (bottom + double side panels + end         panels + lid, suitable for large, heavy items).

Key Features: Detachable and foldable; saves over 80% storage space when         transporting empty; can be exported directly without fumigation; robust         structure with a load-bearing capacity of up to 2 tons; reusable more than 3         times.

Applicable Scenarios: Suitable for precision instruments, medical equipment,         new energy, elevator electrical systems, automotive parts, and many other         fields; currently the most widely used type of Knock down bins.

3. Quick-Pack Box

Core Structure: Essentially an optimized variant of the steel-strapped box,         using stampable cold-rolled galvanized steel straps and tongue-and-groove         fasteners. Composed of six plywood panels, it can be disassembled into a         three-piece or six-piece structure.

Key features: Weighing only 30%-40% of traditional wooden crates, reusable         5-8 times, saving businesses 30%-50% on packaging costs, and meeting green         logistics requirements.

Applicable scenarios: Suitable for the outer packaging of logistics,         machinery and electronics, ceramics and building materials, precision         instruments, and oversized items; also suitable for international long-distance         logistics.
