Pallet stillages is an industrial storage equipment specifically designed for         storing unitized palletized goods. It is widely used in manufacturing, logistics         centers, and automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), featuring high         load-bearing capacity, flexible access, and high space utilization.

1. Selective Pallet Stillages

The most common type, consisting of uprights and beams, supporting direct         access to each pallet, suitable for multi-variety, small-to-medium batch         storage.

Adjustable shelf height to accommodate different goods heights.

Single-layer load capacity: 800–5000 kg, suitable for standard pallets.

2. Drive-in/Drive-through Stillages

Forklifts can drive into the aisles to access goods, reducing aisle space         occupation and increasing storage density.

Suitable for low-variety, high-volume storage, but access order is         limited.

3. Gravity Flow Stillages

Utilizes inclined rollers to achieve automatic goods sliding, supporting         first-in, first-out (FIFO) management, commonly used in cold chain and food         industries.

4. Narrow Aisle Stillages

Used with a dedicated narrow aisle forklift, the aisle width can be reduced         to 1.6–2.0 meters, increasing space utilization by over 30% compared to         traditional racking.

5. Electric Mobile Stillages

The racking is mounted on an electric base, opening the aisle only when         needed, saving over 50% of floor space. Suitable for high-value or low-frequency         access scenarios.
