Temporary storage/rental warehouse: Prioritize foldable and stackable models. When not in use, they can reduce storage space by more than 70%, lowering idle space costs and adapting to variable storage needs.
Long-term fixed bulk storage/heavy goods: Choose fixed stackable racks. They offer stronger structural stability, higher load-bearing capacity, and safer multi-layer stacking.
Irregularly shaped goods storage: For items such as tires, fabrics, and rolls, you need to choose a custom-designed model to prevent goods from slipping.
2. Confirm Core Parameters to Match Actual Needs
Load Capacity Parameters: Select the appropriate model based on the weight of the goods you intend to store. Industry standard classifications are:
Light Duty: Single-layer load capacity ≤ 500kg, suitable for storing boxed daily necessities and small parts;

Check structural stability: After stacking the empty frames, there should be no obvious shaking of the uprights when shaken, and the gaps at the joints should be small;
Check the workmanship details: The surface powder coating should be uniform without peeling or pungent odor, and the edges and corners should be polished without sharp burrs;
Additional tests for foldable models: Folding and unfolding operations should be smooth, and the latches should open and close flexibly without jamming.
