Width Specifications: Standard single-piece widths are primarily 1.5m and 2.0m, with 3m options available for large-span applications. Stainless steel woven mesh typically ranges in width from 0.5m to 2m, with custom widths up to 6.5m available.

Modular sizes of 1.2×2.4m are commonly used in architectural decoration, while 1×3m continuous sizes are frequently used for industrial platform installations to accommodate on-site splicing requirements.

2. Core Mesh Specifications

Wire Diameter/Thickness

Lightweight: Wire diameter 1.0-2.5mm, suitable for interior decoration and light storage racks.

Medium-weight: Wire diameter 3.0-4.5mm, the mainstream specification for industrial protection and general shelving partitions.

Heavy-duty: Wire diameter 5.0-8.0mm, suitable for industrial platforms, bridge anti-throw netting, and other high load-bearing applications.

Stainless Steel Mesh: Overall sheet thickness covers 0.5mm-6.0mm; for load-bearing applications, a thickness ≥3.0mm is recommended.

Mesh Size

3. Frame Specifications

Standard frame tubing: Primarily 20×30mm square tubing; heavy-duty versions use 20×40mm square tubing. Tube wall thickness is typically 1.2mm-1.5mm; for high-impact applications, it can be upgraded to 2.0mm or more.

Matching uprights: 40×40mm and 50×50mm square tubing are the mainstream options. For partitions over 2.5m in height, 60×60mm uprights are required. The standard base plate size is 150×150mm with a thickness of 4mm, compatible with M10/M12 expansion bolts for fixing.
