When folded, the volume of an empty container can be compressed to about 1/4 of its original height. Core Structure and Working Principle
Mesh Load Bearing: The metal frame and steel wire mesh are welded together, evenly distributing the load to the bottom. The mesh structure is ventilated and visible, allowing for inventory checking without opening the container.
Folding Storage: When empty, the side meshes fold inward via hinges, allowing multiple empty containers to be stacked, significantly reducing space occupied during idle periods and return transport.
Stacking and Transfer: When fully loaded, the upper and lower edges of the container interlock, supporting stable stacking of 2-4 layers. A forklift slot is provided at the bottom for direct forklift handling and transfer of the entire container.
