1. First, check the load-bearing capacity: Meeting standards is the safety         baseline.

Hot-dip galvanized steel offers the strongest rust resistance, suitable for         damp or outdoor environments, and extends service life by more than 3 years         compared to powder coating.

Avoid: If the manufacturer uses hot-rolled steel or recycled steel, the         surface is prone to rust, and the load-bearing capacity is significantly         reduced, posing safety hazards. Obtaining material certification can help         distinguish between good and bad products.

Manufacturing Process Judgment: Good products have smooth, burr-free welds         that won't scratch tires; the powder coating is uniform, without a grainy         texture or color difference, and is more wear-resistant and rust-resistant than         painting.

3. Check Structural Stability: Avoid the Risk of Tilting

A good structural design ensures stability through attention to detail:

Bottom Layer Design: Models with anti-slip mats/stacking bases effectively         prevent tire slippage or sliding, resulting in more stable stacking; for movable         models, casters must have brakes to prevent slippage and tipping during         movement;

Welding Process: High-quality products use CO2 shielded welding, resulting in         uniform welds without porosity, making them less prone to cracking under load;         inferior welding will result in incomplete welds or missed welds, leading to         breakage over long-term use.

4. Consider Design Adaptability: Practicality Lies in Matching the         Scenario
