Manufacturing Process Judgment: Good products have smooth, burr-free welds that won't scratch tires; the powder coating is uniform, without a grainy texture or color difference, and is more wear-resistant and rust-resistant than painting.

3. Check Structural Stability: Avoid the Risk of Tilting

A good structural design ensures stability through attention to detail:

Bottom Layer Design: Models with anti-slip mats/stacking bases effectively prevent tire slippage or sliding, resulting in more stable stacking; for movable models, casters must have brakes to prevent slippage and tipping during movement;

Welding Process: High-quality products use CO2 shielded welding, resulting in uniform welds without porosity, making them less prone to cracking under load; inferior welding will result in incomplete welds or missed welds, leading to breakage over long-term use.
